ABOUT RESERVATIONS

I recommend booking your massage session in advance to ensure availability for your preferred day and time.

 

You can book online here or through the Fresha app.

To schedule your appointment, a deposit of RD$1,500 or full payment is required at least 12 hours prior to the session. You can review the available payment methods here. If payment is not completed within the specified time, the appointment will unfortunately be canceled.

 

For your first appointment, please check your email and complete three short intake forms that will be sent to you prior to your massage session.

If you need to cancel an appointment, please do so at least 12 hours in advance. Otherwise, the amount paid will be applied as a late cancellation fee.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

- Cancellation more than 12 hours in advance: the payment will be held as a credit for a future session. This credit may be used by the client who booked the appointment or gifted to another person of their choice.

 

- Cancellation within 12 hours of the session: The payment is non-refundable and will be applied as a late cancellation fee.

LATE ARRIVALS

If you arrive after your scheduled session time, or receive me later than agreed in the case of an in-home appointment, your treatment will be shortened in consideration of the next client and my disinfection, cleaning, and preparation times (and travel time in the case of in-home sessions).

I recommend arriving 10 minutes early for your appointment to avoid reducing your massage time.

First visit or first massage?

  • I recommend arriving 10 minutes before your scheduled massage session.

  • Please make sure to complete the three forms that were sent to you by email before your session.

  • Payment of the deposit, or full payment if preferred, must be completed at least 12 hours before the treatment to secure your session. Otherwise, the appointment will be canceled.

  • Once in the massage room, we will discuss the most appropriate therapeutic massage for you based on the information provided in the forms, your muscular concerns, personal preferences, and individual needs.

  • After this brief consultation, I will step out of the room to give you privacy so you can undress and get comfortable on the massage table under the sheet/towel. Feel free to relax and connect with the calm and tranquility of the moment.

  • During the massage, please let me know if you experience any pain or discomfort at any time.

  • After the massage, be sure to stay hydrated and enjoy the wonderful post-massage feeling.
